I believe this because of the great coaches who pushed me throughout my athletic career, and the mentors who saw potential in me when I didn’t even see it in myself. These coaches and mentors inspired me to earn a PhD in Human Performance, becoming one of the youngest program directors in the Texas A&M University system in charge of running the sport business program. To write a book at age 25 for young professionals and begin speaking all over the country. To help grow a multi-million dollar coaching business for salespeople and managers. To move to a brand-new market with zero contacts to launch my own coaching program.
All top performers have a great coach who help them achieve their goals or mentors who teach them how to do things more efficiently. This is especially true in the business world.
It’s my mission to build the #1 sales onboarding program for commoditized salespeople in housing, banking, insurance, and financial services. To help new salespeople reach their potential faster without years of overwhelming frustration.
Everybody needs a coach in life. Isn’t it time you found yours?
